MEET ANNABEL
I’m an accredited master executive coach and supervisor and have been providing a reflective thinking space for busy senior leaders, business owners and teams for over 10 years. My aim is to enable them to increase their impact and effectiveness. My journey into coaching and supervision is underpinned by an 18-year career as a senior leader in PLC retail organisations, with roles in sales, central operations, commercial, leadership development and HR, operating at SLT and EXCO level for the last five years.
I believe everyone has the ability to be a great leader and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results; but leaders need a space to pause, reflect on what makes them effective, what is important to them, what they stand for, and how they can show up to enable better outcomes. Developing self awareness, learning to manage yourself to be the best version you can be, and developing a reflective practice all help you to build on your strengths and successes, and engage more effectively.
That’s where I come in. I work with a range of industries and companies, from PLCs to small, founder led businesses in public, private and third sectors.
As an Executive Coach: I work with individual leaders, often in senior roles and enable them to explore their authentic leadership style, overcome challenges and adapt how they show up to be more effective. I partner with leaders to co-create a thinking space, raising self-awareness through conversation, supportive challenge and encouraging self-reflection.
As a Team Coach: I engage with both senior and newly formed teams, enabling them to cultivate high-performance behaviours and effective collaboration. Leveraging tools such as Strengthscope™, DiSC®, and Lencioni’s 5 Behaviours™, I create insights to improve team dynamics and performance, creating psychological safe spaces for the team to develop.
As a Coach Supervisor: I work with individual coaches and groups of coaches to co create an environment where they feel safe to explore their work and stretch their thinking and skills, enabling them to develop their reflective practice and learning in partnership with me.
Being present, holding the right space for learning and adapting my style whilst staying true to my way of being is key to enable me to flex across the different roles I play. They all require a different energy, a different focus but pull on the same learning and approach, which is rooted in who I am as a leader and coach.
