The workshop made me understand how the teams feel and how we have a voice as a management team and we can make changes/decisions to benefit the centre. it opened our eyes to where we need to be as a team - we just need the focus and commitment to continuing with what we've started.

Coaching has helped me to gain a much deeper level of self-awareness than I had before, resulting in a more considered approach to communicating and interacting with others.
