WHO WE WORK WITH

Both workshops provided an environment and the first ever opportunity for the management team to talk openly and honestly about the way we interact and how effective we are as a management team. It needed an external facilitator to create this environment and is hopefully the first step to ‘fixing’ us as a team.  it opened our eyes to where we need to be as a team – we just need the focus and commitment to continuing with what we’ve started. We’re in it for the long haul!!

Successful Training worked with us firstly to help us understand precisely what we needed and to create the training programmes and secondly to manage delivery of the training both directly and through third-parties. The programmes varied in nature – a result of being tailored to their particular audience – but focussed on enhancing leadership and management skills at all levels and the provision of tools and techniques for personal development.
It is abundantly clear even at this stage that under Annabel’s management and guidance that the programme has delivered a very good return and we look forward to rolling out further stages.
